Shipping policy

Once your shipping label has been generated, we will notify you with your tracking number. Due to the high volume of orders right now, new orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship, thank you in advance for your patience.

If you encounter any issues with receiving your online order, please notify us immediately. If you package is lost, damaged or not delivered to the correct address it is imperative that we contact UPS within 5 business days of delivery date. Lost or damaged orders will not be refunded or replaced after 14 business days.

Standard shipping rates apply for all shipments and prices for shipping are determined by the total weight of your online order. Our threshold for FREE Shipping is $100+. Once an order is placed online we cannot make any modifications. All orders will ship via UPS Ground, please provide a valid physical shipping address. We can not ship to a Post Office Box. Any order containing chemicals must be shipped by ground. Overnight or air shipments are not allowed on chemical orders. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any foreign country. We cannot ship to any military base or local, state or federal government facility.
