Refund policy
Please let us know if you are uncertain which filter/pillow, etc to buy for your hot tub. If you need assistance selecting the right water care product, let us know, we can help! We're always here to help guide you to the right product.
We gladly offer returns on select filters, pillows and accessories that are unopened, unused and in original condition within 30 days of receiving the item(s). The returned item(s) must be in new, sale-able condition without damage or cosmetic defect to packaging or product. Filters or pillows that have been installed in your spa are not eligible for return. Electronic components or parts (including CLEARRAY® Replacement Bulbs) are not eligible for returns.
Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hot tub chemicals or mineral cartridges. No exceptions.
Prior to returning an item(s) please contact us with your order number, address, reason for return and the item(s) that you are returning, and we will issue you an RMA. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and we will need you to provide us with a tracking number on your return item(s). Please do not return any item(s) without an RMA. Non-approved item(s) will not be accepted and will receive no credit. Once your returned item(s) is received, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item, please email us at info@jacuzzihottubsofthetriangle.com and include your order number, name, phone number and indicate the item number that was originally ordered. We will send you a call tag and RMA to ship the original item back to us and the replacement item will be sent to you, immediately, at no charge. You must make us aware of any item(s) sent in error within 14 days or receiving the package. Do not attempt to send back any items until you have received the RA from us, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If we do not receive the original item back within 30 days of receipt of the call tag, then you will be charged for the replacement item.
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please email us with photos of the damaged items and package to info@jacuzzihottubsofthetriangle.com and we will arrange for the items to be picked up and you will be offered the option to receive a full credit, including any shipping or we will gladly send you a replacement order at no charge as soon as we receive your email with photos.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products that do not comply with our Return/Refund Policy will not be issued a refund.
Your refund will be issued (minus any restocking/shipping fees) in the same form of payment you used when you made the purchase. Most credit and debit cards will take 2-7 business days to post the refunded monies to your account.
All refused, not accepted shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15.00, whichever is greater from the product refund.
